Saskatchewan Surface Rights Association
Empowering landowners and tenants to tackle surface rights challenges related to industrial development. Actively advocating with government bodies to ensure landowner rights are protected and upheld, and that fair and just compensation is provided for the disruption caused by industrial activities.

What We Do
Our Board of Directors meets regularly to address ongoing surface rights issues and advocate for landowners. We work closely with government and industry stakeholders to ensure the voices of landowners are heard and their rights are protected.
Our goal is to secure fair compensation for landowners, safeguard their rights, and prevent long-term environmental liabilities or damage caused by industrial activities.

Why it matters
SSRA gives landowners and tenants a voice in important policy decisions and ensures fair treatment in dealings with the energy sector. Without collective advocacy, landowners may struggle to protect their land and secure fair compensation. We stand up for your rights in an ever-changing industry.
